How to Prepare

How to Make Fonio Pancakes - Serving Size (2)

90g fonio flour
1.5 tsp of baking powder
1 egg
240ml milk
2 tbsp of oil or melted butter

1) Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
2) Pour 3 tbsp of the batter into a hot, light-oiled frying pan
3) Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry
4) Flip, then cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes
5) Repeat!

When they are done, add your favourite toppings. We recommend blueberries and maple syrup👅
