How to Make Fonio Porridge?
50g wholegrain fonio
150ml milk or water
Pinch of Salt
1) Add 150ml of milk or water to 50g of fonio grain
2) Simmer on low heat stirring continuously for 5 minutes or until tender
3) Remove from the heat once the grain is tender
4) Add sweetener of choice (optional)
