How to Brew the Perfect Cup of Herbal Tea?

1) Bring 30 - 100ml of water to a boil
2) While you're waiting, place your tea bag in your cup
3) Pour the water over the tea bag and steep for 5
4)After 5 minutes, taste the tea —if you want it stronger, keep steeping!
At this point, we do not recommend steeping the tea for longer than 2 more minutes.
5) Add a sweetener of your choice (or not).
